Windshield Repairs:

All chip and crack repairs come with a life time money back guarantee. In the unlikely event that a repair fails, the customer can:

- receive a full refund for the amount paid for the repair

- have the new damage repaired at no additional cost

- have a new windshield installed at a reduced price. 

 

*If the damaged area spreads during the process of the repair, Will's Windshield R&R is not responsible for replacing the windshield. While this is not common, it is a reality that all chips are in the process of spreading as soon as they happen and may not be fixable. If this does occur, we will repair the damage at no additional cost, If the damage is beyond repair, we will offer a new install at a reduced price.

 

Windshield Installs:

All windshield replacements are guaranteed against any air or water leaks for as long as you own your vehicle. In the unlikely event of a leak, we will repair the leak or redo the install at no additional cost. All installations also come with one year of free rock chip repairs, give us a call as soon as you notice the damage and we'll come fix the chip ASAP. 

 

*This warranty does not provide a new windshield in the event that your windshield is damaged beyond repair post install, whether or not the damage is repairable will be left to the discretion of the glass tech who views the damage.
